3) He's a talented, caring, great guy. Deo once stopped and helped get my car running when I was broken down at a gas station. I didn't even really know the guy then. No $, no expectation of anything... he was just helping out. And he's been wonderful to my family. For that, I will always appreciate him.
1) He doesn't do unnecessary repairs. I took "an oil link" to him after noticing serious fluid linking during a long car trip. Basically instead of charging for me a possible-but-unlikely expensive repair, he suggested it was an anomaly and I should monitor it. Turns out it went away after his simple oil change. I know some places would have charged for that more extensive possible fix.
Highly recommend Deo's.
2) Good availability and the ability to work you in. I travel a lot and when I show up in Henrico, I'm not there long. Deo always works me in well.
DEO has been my main mechanic for over 5 years, he always does an excellent job at a fair price. I can't say enough good things about him .... try him for yourself and you won't be disappointed! The best of the best!
